Duckbill hooks are drop forged high carbon steel with the bill ground to a fine point. Features a drawn carbon steel socket, and a pick forged from high carbon steel before being driven into handle. Socket held securely in place with special retaining tab forged into pick. Handle turned from select White Mountain Hickory or Rock Maple, air dried to 18% moisture contact and precision fitted. Heads are painted, handles are clear lacquer finished. No.00120 for log sizes 6" to 16"; replacement handle No.00122. No.00240 for log sizes 6" to 16"; replacement handle No.00242.
